Under the new regulatory regime administered by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), one of the registration criteria for property agents (or individual salespersons) is that they must pass the CEA’s Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination or have equivalent qualification. This is to ensure that agents intending to do estate agency work are well qualified, professionally competent and be able to work effectively in the real estate industry. Equally important is that they must uphold good ethical standards.

Complete RES Course in 9 days! Next Express RES Course: 24th June 2013 to 4th July 2013

This intake can take exam in July 2013. Registration will be opening soon.

Our First Express batch in 2012!

They took just 9 days to completed the RES Course and graduated on the 29th Nov 2012

(Usual time to complete the RES Course is about 3.5 weeks to 2 months)

This batch did very well, many of them passed 1st time!

After you went through with us and the last minute look through to those questions which I’ve done wrong during the revision class helped me pass my exam in my 1st attempt. During revision, you also went through the questions and diverse with more info so that we can better remember the terms and conditions. The revision class helps a lot and I would definitely recommend to anyone going for the exam.
