Executive Trainer 

Eugene Lim is currently KEO at ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. A well-respected industry leader, his views on real estate is frequently sought by investors, the press and media. He has more than 21 years’ experience; 7 of which were with Singapore Exchange’s main board listed property developers, DBS Land and CapitaLand.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and an Honours Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Senior Trainer

Gary is an experienced real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in ERA. He is currently a Chief Agency Director leading a team specialising in sales and rental of private residential properties in the prime districts of 9, 10, 11 and 15.

These days, Gary is focused on team building and training. When he was active as a salesperson, Gary was ranked one of the Top Achievers consistently. In 2014, salespersons from Gary’s team accounted for over 17% of the Top 300 Achievers of the year. He is also a seasoned trainer who has taught over 2,000   salespersons, with credentials from the National Skills Recognition System, and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.

Senior Trainer 

Glen Hin’s extensive portfolio includes industrial and commercial management in ERA Realty Network. He has insightful working experience in real estate and property management, having joined Realty International Associates (RIA) since 1993.

Glen is also a qualified Fire Safety Manager for both industrial and commercial buildings. He is academically trained from Heriot-Watt University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.


Senior Trainer

Randy has been in the real estate industry since 1989 and accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the years. His vast experience includes Enbloc and Collective sale, valuation and appraisal, new project marketing and resale properties.

He is presently dealing in legal and compliance matters for ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd which involves regulatory of real estate salespersons and acting as a liaison with CEA. Randy holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management from Heriot Watt University.




Lau Chee Kin was previously the Executive Director & Head Corporate Valuation at GSK Global Consulting Pte Ltd. Prior to GSK, he was working as a Senior Advisor at Jurong Consulting Pte Ltd where he provided consultancy on policy and management of industrial township developments in Middle East and China. He also worked with JTC Corporation for 31 years and have experiences covering the entire industrial real estate value chain from planning, development, marketing, sales, management, redevelopment of industrial townships and supporting amenities. Prior to JTC, he was the Head of Estates and Development, Lands & Estates Department of the Ministry of Defence.

Chee Kin is a Member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and Alumni of Stanford & Michigan Business School.




Sheela Awat was called to the Bar in England and Wales and is admitted as an advocate and solicitor in England and Wales and in Singapore.

Sheela is a seasoned and business savvy legal counsel with over 25 years of experience across Asia-Pacific gained at two international law firms and a proven track record functioning as part of the APAC regional senior management team for two global multinationals. She has conducted numerous seminars and training workshops on myriad subjects and is a guest speaker at conferences in Asia on topics such as investments, joint ventures, M&A, crisis management, dispute resolution, regulatory, compliance and professional ethics. She is currently back in private practice and working with business associations, government bodies, judiciary bodies, professional associations as well individual organizations, both MNCs and  SMEs, on their legal as well as their training requirements.



Andy holds a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) honours degree from the National University of Singapore.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and is currently a practising consultant specialising in marketing advisory and corporate relocation support services.

He is a passionate professional with intimate knowledge of the local property market and has been a qualified trainer by the Council of Estate Agencies (CEA) since its inception.

Previously, Andy has held various senior management positions with leading property agencies.

He was an Assistant Vice-President (Sales & Marketing) at ERA Realty Network; the Executive Director at DWG; the General Manager (Associates Division) at Knight Frank Property Network; and the Business Development Director at Jalin Realty International.

He has also held key sales and marketing roles with local and international developers – Bukit Sembawang Estates, Kajima Overseas Asia and Limitless Holdings.



Philip, a Chartered Town Planner, is currently the Associate Division Director of ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd.  Philip started his planning career with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and was involved in the preparation of the Singapore Concept Plan and Master Plans in the 1980s/90s.  Subsequently, he was Vice President, Business Development and Assets Management for The Ascott Group (part of CapitaLand) and was also appointed Investment Committee Member of a number of overseas joint venture companies. He has done many real estate investments and business development assignments in the Asia Pacific Region. He has been an associate trainer with the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) and the Singapore Civil Service College (CSC) for short courses on Singapore Urban Planning.  He also held key appointments in the Council of the Singapore Institute of Planners.



Henry Lim is a 20 years veteran in the area of Good Bungalow (GCB) and Landed Sales who concluded deals with an estimated total sales value of about $1 billion. He heads a division of salespersons that specializes in GCB and land deals within Singapore’s Largest Estate Agency, ERA. In an arena where specialization is key, Mr. Lim’s extensive knowledge and network are highly valued by customers and industry practitioners.

Formerly an engineering manager with a multi-national company, he holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a Diploma in Business Administration. Today, he leads a team of real estate specialists active in the sale of HDB flats, marketing and rental of private residential properties, commercial and industrial properties, and en-bloc projects.

He was among the Top Salespersons and subsequently ERA’s Top Managers. A qualified realtor with a certificate in real estate agency from the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), Boon Teck is also a National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) certified real estate sales professional.



With years of accumulated extensive experience in the industry since 2000, Kenny Loh now leads a team of motivated real estate professionals that are active in HDB, private residential, commercial and industrial properties sales. Before a career in ERA, he was a businessman in import/export and retail of lacquer ware and rosewood furniture.

In 2003, Kenny was shortlisted as the IEA (Institute Of Estate Agents) Top Estate Agent Award Finalist and won the 2003 IEA Platinum Award. Kenny enjoys guiding and motivating new and experienced associates towards success in their real estate career. He hopes to inspire people to welcome challenges and seek opportunities in their lives.



Syafiq has been in this profession since 1999 and currently leads a strong team in ERA. He had 7 years Management experience from an I.T Company as Computer Graphic Animator, prior to his career in Real Estate Industry.

Syafiq was awarded ‘Certified Real Estate Agent ‘(CREA) by Singapore Institute Of Surveyors And Valuers (SISV) in 1997 and ‘Certified International Property Specialist’ (CIPS) by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 1998. He was also a member of 2nd Disciplinary Board in IEA from May 2000 to April 2002.



Mark has been with ERA since 1998. An Engineer by training, Mark had previously spent years in the construction industry encompassing different roles from a specialist contractor to consultancy works to project development. With Mark’s prudent detailing of consumers’ needs, sincere attitude and intricate work ethic, Mark is able to build up a large customer base and subsequently referrals come by naturally. His excellent work was consistently recognized in Top Achievers Awards during his sales career.

He is a National Skills Recognition System certified trainer and has a Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Angeline has been with ERA since 1991 and leads a team of real estate professionals specializing in the HDB resale, private residential and commercial properties sales. She hopes to help new agents in their career with her passion and dedication to the real estate industry.

Angeline is a National Skills Recognition System certified trainer and has been conducting CPD workshops with RIA School of Real Estate since 2012. Her well-received lectures include Understanding ABSD, Private Property Sales and Rental Procedures and Sales of Uncompleted Properties.



Elvis joined the real estate industry when he was 24 years old and with his strong belief in goal setting and achieving them, he was promoted in one year. Subsequently, he was doubled promoted at 26 years old in ERA. Through continuous upgrading of knowledge and skills, Elvis achieved outstanding awards and recognition over the years.

Elvis is also currently involved in mentoring and managing teammates. He loves sharing and shows strong commitment to mentor those who aspires success and financial freedom. Elvis believes in conducting real estate businesses with the highest level of professionalism and integrity and imparts these values to trainees.

A power packed trainer with over 15 years of sales and managing experience in the real estate industry, Sunny specialises in HDB topics such as Handling Complex HDB Resale, Comprehensive Knowledge on Leasing of HDB Residential Properties, Understand the Application of CPF Housing Grant and many more.  Today, Sunny helps new teammates to achieve their goals in ERA.

A firm believer in continuing education, Sunny obtained Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Full Certification 2013 and Common Examination for Housing Agent (CEHA) Certificate by IEA & Ngee Ann Polytechnic 2002.



Formerly an officer with the Singapore Armed Forces Artillery Contingent, Joe started his real estate career in 2000 at the age of 30. Coming from a military background, Joe knew the importance of setting goals and having self-discipline in driving his business. With the support from ERA and his teammates, Joe made quantum leap advancement in his career and is a proud recipient of several distinctive awards – 2001 Top New Achievers, 2003 Top Manager and Overall Top Division in 2012 respectively.

Joe has been recruiting and grooming like-minded new and experienced salespersons who share his work values, which is to provide professional service to customers and their property deals. Today, Joe leads a team of more than 100 teammates who earns more than $6,000,000 annual commissions collectively. He is also a National Skills Recognition System certified trainer.

Stanley has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years garnering himself vast experience in various market segments such as residential, commercial and industrial properties. Stanley has also undertaken many successful en-bloc and collective sales and rank amongst the Top Achievers in ERA since 1998.

Stanley has a certification in Sale & Marketing (Top Gold award by Marketing Institute of Singapore) and a Diploma in Marketing by a UK institute. He is also a National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) certified real estate sales professional.




Once a Simex Floor Trader with both major local trading firms and banks. Today he is a Leading Real Estate Advisor and a well versed ACTA certified trainer and course writer. More than a decade of Real Estate experience and being a great leader has nurtured many successful salespersons in the past few years.

Licenced Realtor with 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and training. Conducted in-house training on Executive Condominium.  Project In-charge for more than 10 Executive Condominium Launches. Involved and sold over 50 new launch developments.



Linus Low is currently the Chief Training Officer for Singapore Real Estate Exchange and StreetSine. He holds a Cert. in CEHA, a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) and a Minor in Management of Information Technology from NUS. Linus has conducted numerous courses to thousands of real estate professionals from different agencies.




Patrick Tan is the Founder and CEO of Fortis Law Corporation. Patrick is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators as well as an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a Volunteer Mediator with the State Courts of Singapore.
Patrick’s areas of practice include general litigation, private client and wealth management, and real estate. He is also the Legal Advisor to the Singapore Estate Agents Association.



Martin is a Civil Engineer by profession and joined the real estate industry in 2005. Throughout his journey, he has built an extraordinary career by consistently becoming the top producing agent and leader in the various local and international agencies that he joined.

Martin is currently the KEO of AsianPrime Properties (a franchise of Coldwell Banker) which he founded since 2014. Besides leading a team of salespersons, he is still an active RES.

Martin is very passionate about learning and sharing of his experience. With his years of practice in both HDB and private residential markets, Martin is one trainer with ground experience. He selflessly shares practical tips with his class. Besides teaching in RIA, Martin is also a sought-after trainer who has been teaching in Real Centre Network.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from National University of Singapore. He is both REA and CEHA certified and holds WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).



A lawyer by profession, Rayney has been practising Conveyancing and Real Estate Law for over 28 years. Following his passion for property investment, Rayney over the years assiduously acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge in the buying and selling of properties.

Well versed in law and taxation matters related to the property market, through seminars, lectures, and talks, Rayney has enlightened bankers, real estate agents, financial advisors, and members of the public on the intricacies of property investment. He has also personally coached numerous real estate agents, and on many occasions, saved more than a few from legal pitfalls. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Rayney willingly imparts his vast accumulated knowledge and business acumen with his students where he conducts the CPD course.



Johnny brings along with him years of experiences in real estate industry both as salesperson and management staff.  He is responsible for strategic and tactical planning of projects from different geographical regions spanning from Asia to Europe.  His insight and in-dept knowledge of overseas markets is well sought after by both local and foreign media.

He is ACTA certified WSQ trainer who is well known for his passion in training.





Andy Low is the principal law academic for Amity Global Institute for their Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law (Master of Law) and business programmes. Andy holds 4 degrees, a BSc Economics and an LLB (Hons), 2 Masters, MSc Human Resource Management (Hons) and LLM (Merit) in International Business Law.

Andy is a Senior Legal Counsel and Member of Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, LSE Alumni Association Singapore (Lifetime Member), Distinguished University Alumni League (DUAL), The Inner Temple, National University of Singapore Society (Tennis Convenor), Society of Trust and Estate Planners (STEP Singapore) and an under-40 member of Swiss Arbitration Association ASA, a certified Trainer for People’s Association and lastly, a member of Association of Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP).




Michelle Ho is a Singaporean born, entrepreneur, speaker and digital marketing success coach.

She is known for her quality training delivery and successful contribution towards Singapore’s workforce industry transformation, productivity and innovation efforts.

Kelvin Koh brings with him close to 10 years of digital marketing experience. He worked as a senior digital strategist for a top SEO agency in Singapore, and is also a very experienced internet marketer and search specialist. He heads Traffic Expert digital agency and some of this notable SEO work includes Huawei Singapore, Fuji Xerox and Singapore International Foundation. Some of his corporate training clients include Frasers Centrepoint, NTU and Singapore Press Holdings.




Eng Yeow is a certified SEM professional with Google and Bing ads. He also possesses vast experiences in major online advertising platforms which include Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn. Eng Yeow possess a vast and diverse digital experience with 10 years of programming background at Singapore Technologies and Agilent Technologies. Since then he has been a dedicated SEM consultant with over 6 years of experience – helping MNC and SME brands successfully drive leads to their websites and online campaigns. National Instruments, Fuji Xerox, Autodesk and e2i are some of the clients who have also engaged his expertise to conduct SEM corporate classes for their marketing teams.




Anthony is a Division Director with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. He has years of experience in the real estate industry dealing with new launches. He is presently a Project In-Charge managing new project launches. Equipped with public housing (HDB) knowledge, he had conducted CPD courses in Executive Condominium and HDB related topics. Before embarking his career in real estate, he was a Sales Director of an established print media in Singapore, leading a sales force in promoting advertising space to businesses in Singapore. A business post graduate that has trained many sales personnel over the years.
